Anybody at the SC Semi against Morton at Hampden in 1968? 1-1 draw in the first game and we won 2-1 in extra time with Ronald Jensen scoring the winner from the spot. My first trip to Hampden to watch Hearts.

My first hampden visit also. Didn't go for the replay but went to Tynecastle for the other semi-final replay, Dunfermline v St Johnstone, I think. They put the Hearts score updates on the old half times notice board in the Gorgie end but I left before the end, and didn't realise we had snatched a late winner until I got home. I really thought that the cup was ours that year, but little did I know that I'd have to wait another 30 years.

Heard someone say on a podcast the other week that it's cash only at all kiosks in the stadium,  and no cashline machines anywhere near ground.

Dundee was like that cash only it’s the same at Dundee Utd apparently they still have dial up broadband there 😂

I have one spare adult ticket available. You'd need to pick it up the Roseburn area before Saturday.

This ticket is still available if anyone wants it.

In the same way that Rangers are now in free fall.

I also went through for the replay - from memory the crowd was just over 12,000.

I know we have a terrible record against Rangers at Hampden but I would be delighted if they pap the wee team out on Sunday, although I think it could be a pretty close run game and could go either way.

A clean sheet against Morton shouldn't be out of the question FFS!

Can someone heading to the game pop their head into the Norseman bar near the ground and report back...

I was in there ten years ago and it was by far the shittest most unwelcoming bar I've ever been in with more CCTV cameras per square foot than I've ever seen.

Had to play twenty questions with the barman before he'd hand over a pint.

Nieuwenhof likely out, along with Oda and Vargas.

Suspect the team could be similar to Sunday there but with Devlin in for Calem and Gordon in for Clark.

I've still got the same stuff. My first Hampden visit aged 13. First away game (except Fester Road) was the 6-5 at Tannadice a few weeks before.

True but we were pretty awful that day which helped them a lot.

Apart from TV highlights of the 6-5 game at Tannadice, I think my first Hearts memory is seeing Cruickie doing handstands or turning somersaults at the end of the semi-final replay - either on TV or on one of those cinema newsreels that used to be on before the main feature.

I was at the dreadful 0-0 Saturday game but not the Wednesday replay but did see Roald Jensen's winning penalty kick late on BBC that night.

Hearts Celtic Rangers is a comfort blanket for us, Livingston beating Celtic will be no threat, Aberdeen might be a greater threat than Killie yet, with their only salvation from an awful season being the cup.

We want Hibs out though, bravado says no risk, just rather they were gone soonest.

I think there will be a shock somewhere, cup hasn't had a proper one yet.

Morton beating Motherwell was a shock.

The only shock in this round I want is Livingston beating Celtic.

Naismith is quoted as saying both have only an outside chance, I doubt either will be risked if they're not fully fit.
