Starts tonight.

Can't wait. 😁

Hard to see past Luke Humphries on current form. Not a fan of him myself.

Hopefully Anderson can get the fimger out - been playing better lately at least.

Anderson has no chance IMO. Humphries needs to be able to cope with the expectation, but I reckon he can do it.

As long as that prick Gerwyn Price doesn't win.....

You're right about Anderson tbf. Don't think he has the nerve now when the real pressure is on.

Shooter McGavin

I’m 100% in the “never watches darts throughout the year, but loves the world champs” camp.

Superb viewing.

But unfair that Doets has to come back later tonight to take on Smith.

Now up is Fallon Sherrock's bf. Blue nosed prick. 😁

****ing hell, he just about knocked Fallon out as he went to kiss her there. She didn't look pleased. 🤣

Think Whitlock could empty Anderson in their match, hard to pick a winner, has Humphries got the long game a final requires ?

Another vote for As long as that prick Gerwyn Price doesn't win from me though.

Whitlock a bit lucky to get through there.

It's a miracle he can even hit the board.

A guy with a serious drink problem.

Good news. I'm not being sexist but I've noticed her attitude in defeat is appalling. A barely outstretched arm and no congrats or eye contact. Greaves is the future of women's darts. Just a shame she took the easy 25 grand ( and rightly so ), over this world championship.

Yup well known in and out of darts circles. Though I play and have played in leagues with former PDC players who say that Anderson is a heavy drinker from early doors. When he has said numerous times he only drinks coffee by the boatload.

Good riddance. Bipolar or not the man is insufferable. Still will probably be seen as the greatest player not to win the big one when he walks away.

No way is this Littler only 16. Looks about 35. 😁

Playing well though. (First set anyway)

What a player he looks.

Wish Wayne Mardle would **** off.

The pair of them and that Dan Dawson. Nip my head.

Hated watching Durrant as a player but quite like him commentating.

And he's out. A shocker of a performance.

Lack of match practice I guess.

Snakebite was defending £500,000. Could well drop outside top 16 in the world after that exit. PL place gone too you'd imagine.

That European title might be enough to sneak him into the PL.

He hasn't been great for a while though and obviously his missus had health issues.

They announce the PL slots during these Championships, right?

They used to announce PL line up at culmination of WC. Think in recent years they've waited until conclusion of the Masters iirc. PW will take a real tumble in the rankings though. Albeit possibly remaining inside top 16 after title you mentioned.

PL format feels a bit worn out already. Thought the previous weekly fixture format was better rather than weekly tournament concept.

Good darts from Daryl gurney to win. Hopefully one or two of these northern Ireland boys go deep in the competition

Humphries in trouble now 😁

3-1 down

One of the tips of his darts broke before the match. Looks like it's got in his head.

German fans going mad. 😁
