Best quote from the article:

Stokes spent much of his professional career in Scotland, playing for Celtic and Hamilton. He also had brief spells with a number of lower profile teams, including Sunderland.

Hibs! Lower profile. Not even worth a mention!! Hee Hee Hee😍

Or how about this in the article

Stokes spent much of his professional career in Scotland, playing for Celtic and Hamilton. He also had brief spells with a number of lower profile teams, including Sunderland.

Hamilton appear to be a larger profile team than Hibs and Sunderland

He has been bailed?

Does he not have a recent history of being on the run.

Yes, from both the Scottish Courts and his employers.

Simply put....Its like a conveyor belt over the years - FFFHibs cultivate/sign/put out scumbag after scumbag - fine players but challenged upstairs with bad type/nasty attitudes. It can NOT be a coincidence how one club has had far far more than any other football club in Scotland.

In the report, it states that Stokes was “charged after being arrested by Gardai in Dublin”.

If it had happened in Paris, I'm sure la Gendarmerie would have arrested him as well.

I reckon the Taoiseach should put him in bpríosún and throw away the eochair.

As an Irish speaker, you have no idea how much pleasure that sentence gave me.  As a pedant and grammar nazi, I was particularly pleased with the highlighted bit.

Ex-footballer Chris Killen spared jail after sex attack - BBC News

Killen then got into bed next to the woman - who was sleeping alongside her friend - when she became aware of a man next to her and "froze" before feeling a hand on her behind, the court heard.

When the friend was woken by her calling out, Killen removed his hand and sat up in bed.

The friend demanded to know who he was and what he was doing there.

Prosecutor Gary Woodhall told the court Killen claimed his name was "John" and that he had arrived at the house with "two girls". He then quickly left the room, only to return shortly after to ask for his shoes back, the court heard.

The New Zealand international admitted the offence shortly before he was due to go on trial in June after earlier pleading not guilty.
