Alright, I will hold my hand up, despite watching/listening to every game I live in England and all I want to really know is.... who is responsible for Robbie/Savage's continued employment? I should've just asked that in the original post. Anyway, I hope my Peebles moment takes the shine off yet another Robbie performance showing the opposition far too much respect from the off. It is getting so predictable these days, but that's another story.

P.S. I am thinking of withdrawing my FOH subscription, why wasn't I informed?

😆😆😆😆😆😆

You've not lost your sense of humour, that's the main thing.

Sorry if this is common knowledge already but is there a transition plan for Mrs. Budge to relinquish power? Despite the many positives she brought to the club it is not working now as we look to cement 3rd place in Scottish football and the financial rewards that brings. She seems to be very sentimental in persisting with existing personnel when things clearly aren't working, and the club management have to be held accountable for this. Is there a transition plan already in place and if so, who is going to manage the football side of the club post the Budge era?

Jesus Christ. This is just about the stupidest pile of pish I’ve ever read on here.

She's never a center back either.

Hasn't been given nearly enough time on the pitch, so how would we know? She'll have slowed down certainly but I think she might be clever with a free kick.

yeah - absolutely a sackable offence losing to a Serie A team valued at well over £200m while missing pretty much every defender at the club, our best midfielder and our best forward.

🥱 moronic and boring in equal measures

Decent attempt in trying to continue thread but everyone has realised your support lies elsewhere in Edinburgh.

Give up.

Like I said I live in England and don't keep up with the day to day stuff but all I want to know is who is responsible for Robbie and Joe's continued employment. Aa with most threads people would rather jump on an error than answer the question. I would be happy for either of us to donate a quid to charity for every Hearts game either of us has seen either in person or online more than the other, I have 45vyears worth so am confident I would win, so I expect you not to take me up on this,

Anyone prepared to hazard a guess. or are we all slowly realising that despite pumping in over £100K every month nobody knows who takes the final decision on the team management set up?

Personally hope Mrs Budge is involved with Hearts for long time because we know the club is secure with her financial expertise

I thought Ann Budge was tactically naive tonight. She'll learn from this and I expect her to bounce back  against RFS, maybe rest her at the weekend?

She had a poor game at CH, couldn't cope with Jovic.

You should start another thread in a week or two and pose the question. Right now you’re just going to get virtually booted about and slagged silly.  Which is what your OP deserves tbf.

Wow. Mask has slipped.

And by the way, it’s £150k per month.

No worrie, mate. I have very broad shoulders and don't really care about the Hobo accusations (despite probably preferring if I had been called a paedo!)/ All I wanted to know was whether we are going to hold on to Robbie and Savage longer than their results deserve similar to Levein but perhaps I could've just asked that directly with my OP!!

Rab (DMc formerly known as Barney Battles here😀) I’m not saying everything is rosy but she can’t pick FOH board members and hopefully the days of her giving her bro contracts are gone.

On the whole though, she saved the club and played a blinder but deffo time for her to sit in the director’s box with a cup of tea and a hearts tartan blanket in the colder months.

Took my son on the stadium tour on Sunday and it’s incredible how far we’ve come since administration.

Pasquale raises a good point though. Every key position seems to have been entirely her decision. Surely that needs to change soon.

She picked Stuart Wallace and he helps pick the FoH reps, she also picked the CEO who’s wife worked for the club. She’s still running everything really, and we’re still due her £3.1m I think that she loaned us because of her mistakes. She’s a bit risk averse in decision making when her pals are involved.
Hope you’re well DM.

Folk still biting to the troll. Now downplaying FOH contributions as well as club. Bit rich as his team have raised £20 and a packet of Jaffa cakes in last 5 years. Even then, Ron the con has pinched that.

Indeed he does but my point is someone who no longer owns the club or is CEO will see their influence diminish and to be fair to Ann, that’s probably what she wants at her time of life. Sit back and enjoy the huge part she’s played in our history.

I’m good mate ta. I don’t disagree but just saying her influence is diminishing but let’s be thankful she saved the club. We were done if she hadn’t stumped up. There was no one else prepared to stump up £2.5m for the shares with only a suggestion that x thousand hearts fans would commit to direct debits to pay her back.

Player wise, we get what we can afford, and they play to that level.

When asked what makes a successful manager Harry Redknapp said, good players.

No matter what you think of him, he is correct.
