This game takes on a bit more importance now, a win just to settle everyone and maintain the gap from fourth place is needed. Our game aside the results couldn't of went much better this weekend.

Indeed. Looking forward to it. Hopefully get a big reaction to today’s hammering from the team.

Would be good to get Souttar back. Simms should start.

Souttar? Time Robbie came clean with the fans!

Think we all saw Souttar taking a really sore one last Saturday and being taken off. Not a real surprise that a week later he isn’t yet fit. By all accounts was close but had a reaction yesterday after training on Friday.

Simms and Haring a must to start as well as Halliday who has been good recently, can only think he  never started today due to his love of Rangers.  Hopefully Souter and Smith are no far off match fitness.

Think Devlin and Boyce need to warm the bench with a few others, though that does depend on who is fit.

Friday he was, Saturday he wasn’t.  It happens all the time. First training session after injury then reaction the next day.

In what way?

In any way would be nice and a pleasant change. Neilson has not been truthful.

As most people know neilson talks shit when comes to injuries.

Says players should be fine for the weekend then you don’t see them for two months

He never gives anything away to be fair.

What is Neilson even trying to say here?

Is he suggesting that Souttar decided not to go (and refused big pay rise) as Hearts weren't going to receive a big enough fee?

(I havnt seen interview/read report on this).

Then he should say nothing instead of being untruthful.

Some of the so called superstars need some bench time after today.  Here’s how id line up on Wed.

Gordon

Souttar

Sibbick

Kingsley

Atkinson

Haring

Beni

Halliday

GMS (last chance saloon)

Simms

Gino

Wouldnt have McKay or Boyce anywhere near the first 11 after their performances today.

Given the gulf in budgets, should we expect anything less than a 5-0 victory?🤷🏼‍♂️🙃

Who else are they pumping 5-0 at the moment like?

I would call it ‘economical with the truth’. Truth isn’t an absolute concept. 😄

Far more important game than today's debacle.

We've already dropped points to them this season. Can't let it happen again.

The way I'm feeling tonight I will take a 1-0 win.

What a shame Ginnelly hasn't kicked on the way we all hoped. Can't see him starting.  Would love if could tear them to shreds but it's not happening.

I'm going for a hard fought 2-0 or 2-1 win.

Vital that we win our next two games.

Better to stay silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt.

This could be the biggest game of our season. Sheep play Celtic and Hibs play rangers. We win and the gap could be a big one. Motherwell Play Dundee untied aswell.

Souttar should be nowhere near the team again this season. No way he was "injured" today.

How do you know that to be the case?

Think we should play 4 at the back.  Cochrane and Moore aren’t good enough.

Not an ideal time to change system.  Haven’t given up on them, but Moore and Cochrane don’t look like the same players they were before the winter break.

It either is the case or Neilson is a liar.

No it’s not. On Friday afternoon He said he would play if he was fit. He also said he had trained in Friday and as long as there was no reaction come Saturday he would play. There was a reaction and he failed a fitness test on Saturday. So, on Friday uk looked like he was going to be fit. By Saturday he wasn’t. Pretty simple. Happens all the time.

Agree.

Give Pollock a start.  Go back to a back 4.

The current lot in defence don’t look secure in a 3 with wing backs.
