After last summers shambles in the transfer market this is starting to look like our recruitment under Levein, basically taking any available player and hoping whoever is in the dugout can work with them. I don’t see the Maloney experiment lasting long and I suspect it’s why Ross got punted as he doesn’t strike me as the kind of guy to put up with that approach. When he heard it was Mitchell he gave it the usual 'could see there was a player there' but got injured then never contributed much after that, didn't seem fussed at all about him leaving.
