If the cop has nailed who Charming is then it's an unbelievable stroke of luck but the challenge is releasing that information without revealing themselves at the same time. Vote Dunks Off the top of my head he has gone through the game without receiving a single vote (spreadsheets may suggest otherwise). One of the players I have been referring to in my posts about suspecting certain players. A very clever player and has made a few vote changes over the first couple of days without any real justification. Does very well at going undetected when he is a goon.
