We really weren't poor first-half. Second-half we reverted to type for the most part.

Pre-Stendel, though, we would never have dug out a point at the death or even come back from a goal-down away from home.

I'll take the point in the circumstances if we get it.

100%

It's so disappointing to lose that lead though.

We desperately need another 3 points.

A very very good first half, St J changed to long ball over the defence in the second half and we couldn’t cope.

A good point all things considered.

Awful second half. Thanks, Sean Clare, for saving us.

Has to be a concern for Stendel and something he’ll be looking at.

Comes down to the players imo.

If we cant win these games then I fear its gonna happen.

I thought after that Rangers game we would have kicked on but we have been so poor today.

Can't argue with that, but we'll pick up enough points in the remaining games to easily avoid the drop.

4 points from 2 games is decent but  it could have been more. We are going to concede goals for fun I think but at least we are scoring now.

Not sure whether I am happy relieved or raging tbh. Some game one of those bizarre games that come along every so often.

Strap-in folks, this is going to be the way of things for a while yet.

Plusses: We can come back from losing goals. We can score away from home. We don't give up.

Minuses: We revert to type away from home when the going gets tough. Our defence can lose all shape. Our keeper is hopeless.

Like I said earlier, it’s an emotional rollercoaster.

Bazzas right boot

Pick up points away.

Win at home, we'll be more than fine.

Conceding 3 to them is horrible tho.

That's what happens when you press when you are not playing well. Should have sat back a bit and composed ourselves at the start of the second have.

I think we'll need to get used to that - the long ball over the top, I mean. Doesn't make for easy viewing or listening, mind. I'm away for a lie-down!

Which is why he should be further forward in midfield, he is NOT a fullback no matter what others think. He needs a solid right back behind him so he can concentrate further forward. When Smith is fit it should be a 4-4-2 with Smith & Clare on the right. Hate the square peg round hole attitude with football these days.

So, Halkett's NOT a centre half and Clare is NOT a full back. Anybody else not something?

Obviously 3 points was what we we were after but st j are no mugs. However, confidence is growing, we have resilience and heart, and we fight to the end. These are essential if we are to turn things around. I truly believe we have got what it takes

second half the centre halfs were shocking, absolutely horrific. And the keeper, piss poor. Eight other players and the subs must be shaking their heads playing with them today. Ominous when the chips are down.

I would say that Sean Clare's equaliser was every bit as important as Boyce's winner last weekend.

It would have been a MASSIVE downer if we had lost this after the high of last week.

Anything away is a bonus as long as we start/continue taking 3 at home.

Starting on Wednesday, hopefully.

Decent point.

Who hit that free kick for us that was the last kick of the ball?

Absolutely terrible. They should be slapped for that.

Pereira is not a goalie tbh.

Both for me.

Relieved at scraping a point, raging at the way we collapsed in the second half. A points a point but we chucked it as soon as they equalised. Pereira is an absolute trumpet and should never pull on the Hearts jersey again.

Our record there is shocking so I'll take the point. A lot more pressure on the Killie game now though, need three points from that as we have Celtic away after.

No chance we have just found this lads position and he has been excellent at it so no chance we move him.

Off bottom at least. Need Smeltic to pump Hamilton tomorrow (re; GD) and we go again on Wednesday in another massive game.

Sounded liked a terrible performance second half (without seeing it) but good fight to come from behind twice.

Also sounded like Clares goal was a cracker..?

Unfortunately, that tactic doesn't require good players to carry out. Every team can  catch us out by the long punt.

6 points from 12 in last 4 league games

Considering it was 12 from 60 before that it’s a massive improvement

continue picking up on average 1.5 points a game that we are doing and we will be comfortably safe

Decent point up there. Really pleased we are at least scoring goals again but I really wish we'd signed a centre back and left back in the window.
