Apparently Deloittes, yip the same mob that did the SPFL investigation, have not been sharing the local test data from the private testing facilities they run with Public Health England or the NHS or the local authority in that area. Apparently they're not obliged to share the data due to their contract terms. Andy Burnham, mayor of Manchester, claims that the current number of infected people could be 6 times higher than he is being advised from the pillar 1 - hospital tested data. Mainly an especially elderly population in Italy’s case and the extended family which is still a big thing in those countries. Not to mention dreadful pollution in northern Italy in particular being the worst in Europe which had been weakening the respiratory systems of the people who live there for years.
