I knew Drew for years. A lovely guy and a Hearts fan. Loved his football. He played for Arsenal youths, then came back up to play for East Fife and St Johnstone. He got us tickets for games at East Fife when Hearts visited. He went on to be captain of Saints and became their record appearance holder. I think Alan Main may have surpassed that since. He was St Johnstone captain when they pipped us to the 1st Division title in 1983. He sadly died, far too young, a few years ago, taken by cancer.
