Yes he's been out a while after a bad injury bit he's been in training for over 2 months now and surely that's enough time to get fit enough to show at least some of what he's supposed to be capable of. Clare is new to Scottish football, back from injury, no pre season and being asked to play probably way before CL would’ve liked him to. Makes the safe sideways pass, doesn't look up for a battle and no sign of a player with English PL potential. Obviously came in to the team earlier than planned, but he's not shown anything that makes me excited. Didnt really get the hype either, his YouTube clips are all from public park games! Even if not 100% matchfit, give us 50,60 mins of blood , sweat and tears to the best of your ability and go off subbed blowing out yer arse. Thats the only way to catch up with full fitness.
