McTominay looking perfectly comfortable at this level. Surely to **** a competent manager can start to build a half-decent Scotland team around him and Robertson.

Pity we don't have a competent manager...

He's quite clearly not an international player ????

the fact that their team will probably be ripped apart in the summer (de jong already away to barca) makes me want them to win it this year

Too right. Must be sickening, but I guess that's why they call their youth academy The Future, can't remember how it translates.

You definitely get your monies with when you go to watch them, something like 75 league goals scored this season..

Absolutely sublime equaliser.

God I wish Hearts played even a fraction of how Ajax play.

Game on again.

Get rid and get back in to shape, take no risks whatsoever, if they don't score then the worst we get is a draw.

Messi has been garbage tonight. Think Smalling cementing him early has put him off big time.

He's absolutely nailed on to score or set up another one.

He doesn't get that in the league. In fact players barely go near him, they're like mannequins, he doesn't seem to be as effective against better sides these days.

McTominay has been great recently for utd. wasn't a big fan of his but very impressive the last couple of months.

Vidal is a mess.

One things for sure, Barca wont be as poor(by their standards) in the second leg, united would really need to get something tonight.

Could the commentator and 'expert' be any more biased towards Manchester United...total nonsense about fair challenges and how they have played well though the Barcelona keeper is yet to make a real save

It is weird though how they're laughing about how bad Barca have been. 1-0 win away at old trafford without breaking sweat. It's not like utd have caused them any real issues.

The 'expert' is always this way in towards non-english sides, fletch isnt much better.

Theres a real vibe in the air that folk are pissed off that Messi and Barca were well below par yet never looked troubled.

Correct and tonight watching a side at home who did not have A SINGLE shot on target...god they are boring

They are bang average and Ollie is leading them back to when he took over

Put it this way Liverpool, if they get through and play Barcelona will not be as timid as Manchester United

(I wonder if they will raise a leg in their match against Manchester City in 2 weeks)

When McTominay and Luke Shaw are your best players in a home game...

Just didn't turn up. Like they were in awe of Barcelona.

A man with internet access does not know the answer to that.....very sad

Now if I look just a little bit into the future I can see a trophy parade shortly...…….still trying to work out if it is Liverpool or Hearts

Lets be greedy both !!

I was at the Spurs-Man City game tonight. What an amazing stadium and incredible atmosphere. As was mentioned recently on another topic Scottish football really is in the Dark Ages.

An amazing stadium

Infrastructure though is pants

TFL and Spurs need to sort it out
