If it was a queue outside it's because it was at max attendance pal.

At least it would be easy to get a pint today. Staffing is poor on match day.

Staffing was great yesterday. Four bar staff and never took more than a couple of minutes to get served every time we went to the bar.

What about opening the bar for supporters buses leaving for away games have the buses leave from there as well maybe bacon rolls etc.

Stopped during administration.

Cheers. It’s not something I’ve ever done but I’d def use one if it was a case of a few pints in the bar and then on the road to away game.

With the demise of so many supporters clubs/busses, I think this could be a great package for away games and an earner for the bar

Can any ST holder go to the bar, or do you have to pay extra, or pre book a package?

You only need to show your ticker fot the game/ST for entry. But as it has a limited number it ca accommoadate you need to arrive fairly sharpish. Once it has reached maximum capacity they allow people who are queued up to enter as people leave.

Cheers Porto, so for say a normal Saturday 3pm kick off. What time would I need to get there to make sure I got in?

They stop serving at 2.30. So if there was no or a very small queue at 2, then you should get in and served. So I'd say to make sure you need to be there a bit earlier than that.

But I've never been in before a match. (last time there was a big queue at about 2.15 so I never bothered waiting.)

I wonder what time it actually opens then?

Not been through this whole thread so I'm sorry if these questions have been answered.

How big is the place ?

How many staff serving?

Is there lots of memorabilia on walls ?

I plan on making a visit at some point but haven't had the opportunity yet.

It's a good size, not sure of the square footage though...Capacity is still restricted I believe I think it's currently 150. But that may increase in the future.

From other peoples reports there are usually at least 4 staff serving on match days.

Yes there is memorabilia stuff on the walls etc.

No food served though, not even crisps at last home match.

I went to watch one of the WC games and wasn't all that impressed to be honest. A fan's bar is a good idea but definitely room for improvement.

I find it a bit soulless TBH.
