The rumour is there was a fall out between him and Neilson but regardless of the reasons, he shouldnt have been allowed to go. Walker was just coming back from a long term injury and Sam Nicholson's form has been terrible. Huge improvement from the shambles they were last season under McCoist. Can I ask, have you been happy with the likes of Cowie playing right midfield for us since King got punted? Quite prepared to accept the Rangers have improved and agree Cowie is limited wide right nowadays. Just weary of the King stuff. He had not forced his way into the team and was unhappy and wanted more game time. He wanted a loan, got it and has hardly set the heather alight. Just seems to be a rather flimsy stick to beat Robbie with at times. I think Prince has been decent when asked to play wide. Nott saying that King was playing good enough to warrant a starting place every week before he left but one thing is for you, Sam Nicholson has certainly not played well enough to warrant a starting place. Billy leaving has left us very short of options for wide players hence the likes of Cowie and Bauben having to slot in there.
