Praha06
Great stuff, BB. I dont know you personally, however, knowing what a passionate Hearts supporter you are, I am thoroughly looking forward to reading this. Have pre-ordered and I genuinely cannot wait to receive it. Great stuff once again.
Seats
For some strange reason I am devasted to discover that BB's name isn't Bill at all - not even William! I feel strangely cheated in an IJ sort of way Best of luck with the book mate, although I am sure you won't need it!

championsleaguefan
Hi Andrew I used to go to Firrhill High School in the early 90s I remember you from working in the Esso station. I will have to buy your book now that I have realised who you are. Who would have thought the man selling the sausage rolls at the garage would be famous. ps Remember that wee blonde burd that worked in the Esso station she was tidy. LSS
I remember you from working in the Esso station. It just gets better and better. Just checked your website Bill. Life on the edge. Grew up in Edinburgh and support Hearts. Just hope it is well written, there is a market for well structured nostalgic literature about the average Joe, as long as there are a few curve balls in there. Good luck with it, not an easy thing to do.

Buffalo Bill
I think though, the subject of 'curve balls' is valid one. There are lots of 'curve balls'. Lots. TNCASTLE
Guys, thank you for all your good wishes. I believe that those who pre-ordered shall receive it shortly. There is a 'launch party' being organised for Friday, August 1st and I'll post details of it for anyone interested. 'Two Miles' is really just a simple book that I enjoyed writing and remembering what it meant to grow up in Edinburgh and fall in love with Hearts. Cheers! Buffalo Bill . I am buying 3 copies to take back (being sent actually) to Australia. My big house has 3 toilets. Nice toilets though....! I am sure it will be a cracker of a read. Good luck with it. You know you are a LUCKY guy as I was looking at your Website and saw your birth date. I am old enough to have had the misfortune of being at Tynie THAT day in January 1973. Pants Shaton
Once you've read BB's book may I recommend another title from the same publisher: http://www.apexpublishing.co.uk/PubDetails.asp?Num=30 Book Description: On 24 Novmber 1991 people all over the world mourned the untimely death of Freddie Mercury, lead singer of rock band Queen. But for the author, Mary Howis, her life would never be the same, as, from that day forward, she was aware of a strange presence around her; someone from the spirit world ? the spirit that once was Freddie Mercury, known in the spirit world as ?the Mercury Man?. I also did a review on a hoolie-book called 'Dessert England', a fictional story about the 2006 World Cup and English Hooligans. It's really well written by a guy called David Williams. It should be a big hit. There is also a title by large breasted Big Brother contestant, Lea Walker. Buffalo Bill .

Chad Sexington
I suppose I'm one of the very few people who have actually read the book already. I absolutely battered through it in a day and a half...it's a real page turner. Some of the tales in it are hysterical, the disastrous break dance routine being a personal favorite, while a lot of the book is genuinely moving. The Hearts stuff is also great and had me misty eyed remembering some classic games. I can guarantee people wont be disappointed with this book and I hereby award it the Sexington seal of quality.* *Can I have my ?5 now Andy?
