Going to purchase after work It would seem that online is selling lower block 29 at present. Didnt see an option to select upper or lower tier. Didnt really look though. Well the last time, I filled out an application to Hibs they let me have a ticket even though the guy didn't even have a Hearts account. If you want to buy for someone else they need to be in your friend network and they also need to have over 50 loyalty points. Just got mine bought! What actually goes through peoples heads? I went down to the ticket office today for two reasons. One was so I could collect my ticket and the second was so I could update my address with Hearts.
