It's got nowt to do with the governing bodies. D&P always said they had a preferred bidder but somehow the assets were sold to another "soundalike" company - and yet nothing was done at the time. No assertions of fraud from anyone - so why is Shooter waiting 6 years to get his time in court ? They couldn't finance the Skrtel deal, they had to delay the Murphy signing because Brighton didn't trust them and all of a sudden they're spending 'big' money.
