They wanted him in place for the celtic game, they're not struggling to find ?300k compo surely?. [emoji6]

300 grand? I reckon the players have been told not to get large at Maccas currently.

Aye the very definition of common sense is spending too much money and getting liquidated, again.

That wasn't what I was getting at. We don't have the resources to play silky one-touch football. Excluding the last sentence the poster has it spot on.

I'm just glad King is as daft as most on here.

Haven't been on this thread for a while. Decided to Google "Rangers Ranieri" just for a laugh before I came on it. You guessed it, you can find a story linking Ranieri to the Rangers vacancy...Some things never change with the media and OF...

All the big Bearz men like McLeish, Barry "Supermarket Pyscho" Ferguson, Billy "3's up" Davies, et al, sat at home staring at their mobiles, praying they'll get "the call."

Lol

Even Sevco are not that stupid or desperate yet.

It's funny how he's just a 'talent spotter' now. If he'd joined, he'd have been an 'ace', 'genius' etc.

I think you'll find the word they used a couple of weeks ago was "supremo"

That's a lot of season tickets.

Papua New Guinean "Kina" is alluded to by the K symbol. That makes a salary of about ?208. Probably only strain the purse strings a little more.

Ally says they went into admin then were liquidated, that's no the usual party line is it?!?

"Clearly, I do not want the club to go down the route they did before, through administration and liquidation, but at that particular time I know for a fact the debt they had at the club was manageable."

They had cash reserves cos they hadn't paid their taxes.

Still it's tough on the Rangers men who won 9 in a row etc to still grasp what has happened. Still a bit unreal (laughs)

Can't see the sense in getting a manger before the DoF. Surely the DoF would want some say in who is to be the new manager, as he has to work with whoever they pick. Could end in tears.

Same as them carrying out negotiations to buy players for next season which they will be doing.

Who does what is perhaps a little more complicated.

The ones that had the EBTs and the side letters ?

And crapping themselves at the thought of the tax bills that could be winging their way any day now (if not already).

Not sure this new club understand the DOF role when their choice has told them to bolt, clever man.

But of course they have their new coach willing to sacrifice ?300K to take the gig. In the real world.....

Surely if they are going down the DOF route then they ought to employ a DOF first? Then let him have a say on the new manager? Perhaps too logical for Ibrox...

Can't see him coming. If he does it will be fun watching how he's hounded at the first game. As Drumelzier says it's an out for him saying no. The board have review recent video footage and have decided to withdraw the offer of Manger of the biggest football club ever. ( honest ) They believe he has the wrong attitude to manager such a huge club. The search will continue until we can unveil Mourinho. :2thumbsup:
