It looks like the Henry Moore piece Knife Edge Two Piece.

 

If so, there are four of them. Which one?

Correct sculpture name but it is in Abingdon Street Gardens which join College Gardens in London. Good find

Ah yes, I meant College Green, not College Gardens. Thanks for giving me the point all the same. :)

Difficult to say if there is seaweed in the picture or not so I will go for the inland Loch Rannoch ?
