We've made moves based on a lower number...it doesn't say anywhere what the real roster size is... Just checked the email we had about the the league set up for this season the roster size is definitely 28 there was a vote on it although for some reason I forgot about this and been thinking its 25 for the last couple of days. They are there under league bylaws which state number of players per team and waiver wire set up. Though I don't like the way it's set up for newcomers.
