Being honest i never seen that. I know his agents were arguing he should be stage 2 and not 3 or something but that was all i seen.

If they are reviewing it, It depends when it gets implimented which i guess would be too late for Gordon anyway.

Geoff/Ross,

I now hope your teams go down the tubes this year.

A lot to pay for him right now.

It is a little bit of a gamble, but i would take an elite with issues over 2 future unknowns at this point.

Not bothered about the 2nd in this draft tbh, The only other player i would've wanted would be well away by then

It's a lot to pay, but it's a better price than what I paid you for Romo and Mike Wallace not so long ago...4 1sts or something like that

I criticise trades a lot, but have a longer list of bad ones than most :untitled:

Yeah being fair though, Wallace was becoming a monster in Pit and was expected to blow the roof off in Miami.

The worst mistake i ever made was after the 1st season when Manning got injured, had to trade for a QB, got one... Then found out he had the same bye week as my other QB! and it just went downhill from there. Traded my way from finishing 2nd to then finishing as the worst team within 1 season. Probably explains why i don't do much in the way of trades.

Everyone's got good and bad trades.

I got Randall Cobb with the first rounder you gave me for Troy Smith.

I also did a deal in another league last year to give Charles for Blackmon and David Wilson.

Infact my Wilson trade in this league isn't much better...or my richardson one..,,

Scott, who did you trade back into the draft for? I might be open to moving back.

Depends who you are after.

I'm planning to draft either Paul Richardson or a RB.

Not convinced at all by trading for Blackmon, probably a completely stupid move but there was no one really I liked at the 2.08 spot as the ones I had targeted (Freeman, Hill and Bridgewater had just gone) and I've had enough of McFadden's injury history and its a bit of a cloudy situation in Oakland with Jones-Drew and Murray in the backfield too. Bostick could be a real sleeper at TE in Green Bay, so thought it was worth the risk. Trying to talk myself into it!

Glad to get Manziel at the end of the first as I had a dire need at backup QB, on paper he could do half decent in fantasy. West is a massive gamble but if Tate continues to get injured, he will have a chance.

No way I'm making the playoffs in K2, but reckon I should be in good shape after this year though with Julio Jones, Kendall Wright, Mike Evans, Brandin Cooks, Davante Adams, Donte Moncrief, Martavis Bryant, Christine Michael and Jordan Cameron all tied down to 4 or 5 year contracts. And about $19M to spend next Free Agency..albeit $5M of that might have to be spent on resigning Luck or a replacement QB.

I don't think it's unreasonable for you to make the playoffs?

What's your projected lineup?

Cooks

Jennings/Davante Adams

That shouldn't make the playoffs. Never know though.

I hope I can make a playoff run, all depends if Gronk comes back or not

Brady/Rivers shoud give me a soild PPG to start with

McCoy need I say more

Chris Johnson/Tate should give me a decent RB2

Dez I'm hoping will be top 3 this year with a different OC

Maclin high hope for him in chip's offence

Nicks could be fantastic, could be a disaster

Wheaton/Amendola/Jones all have upside

Gronk, if he's on the field he'll be the difference in making it or not

Riveria Could be decent

Amaro one for the future if gronks wage gets too big.

Not really, Sam Bradford got $78m, Although he is a QB.

Under the old CVA rules Mack would have been on a much bigger contract.

That's why i could never be a part of KB2... It's all written down and explained to me yet i still don't know what i'm looking at

You can pretty much ignore most of it, and just assume that the each draft spot salary is pretty much set in stone. Mack(5th pick) and Ansah(5th pick las year) both signed $18.6M contracts.

The overall value of a rookie contract, and the first year salary of that rookie contract realistically can't be negotiated on much, if at all. And it just leaves how to structure the rest of the salary through years 2-4 and signing bonus to negotiate.
