Instead of 2 RB 3wr 1te and 1 flex it'd be 1RB 1WR 1TE and 3FLEX. QBs wouldn't be eligible as flex Explanation of victory points (we'd expand it for 16 teams) D. Each team earns 2 Victory Points for a head to head victory, 1 Victory Point for a tie game and 0 Victory points for a loss. E. Each team finishing among the top 4 scorers each week will receive 2 points. Each team finishing 5th through 8th will receive 1 point. We can't have 2-3 teams scooping every available Free Agent again this off-season but an enlargement of some kind, even if only for rookies, is required I think. As the vote is currently laid out, even though I disagree with a fixed cap of 30 I may vote for to avoid the first scenario playing out.
