Boris
The first one was fantatsic. The second one was a real disappointment. Any opinion on the third one? I've still not seen it yet, but would agree with you regarding 1 and 2.
speedbump
Any opinion on the third one? I've still not seen it yet, but would agree with you regarding 1 and 2. Third is better than the 2nd.
moz
I must admit to enjoying all of them Boris.......especially the third. Just can't believe it has taken me so long to get the wrappers off them and finally stick them on.......
Alan_R
one of the best trilogys of all time imo. all are an excellent watch.
Guest King
The 3rd is better than 1st and 2nd. The 1st is better than the 2nd. Bourne pwns Bond. I read a rumour that they are making a 4th, and they sort of left it open for one at the end of the 3rd, hopefully they do.
Boris
Third is better than the 2nd. Good. The 2nd had its moments but was overall pretty "meh".
Carl Spackler
Good. The 2nd had its moments but was overall pretty "meh". 1st - You don't know what is going on in reality, neither does he. 2nd - He's a bit more in control. 3rd - You know he's going to be on top every step of the way! I agree with the general consensus on which is best Best - 3rd 2nd best - 1st 3rd best - 2nd They are all great films though.

I read a rumour that they are making a 4th, and they sort of left it open for one at the end of the 3rd, hopefully they do. They are. It's rumoured to be called The Bourne Legacy. Personally i thought 2 was better than 3.
Jamboy81
The Bourne Trilogy was outstanding, a landmark in cinema history, and set the benchmark for all action movies. Possibly the best Trilogy in modern cinema. Really surprised at the amount of stick the 2nd one got. I thought that was the best one.

EDIT: apparently there are 8. Didn't realise only the original 3 were Robert Ludlums work though.

AWM
I thought all the films were brilliant, though I think that 2 was better than 1 with 3 the best. Hopefully it won't be long until the 4th starts getting made. Has anyone seen the TV series? http://www.amazon.co.uk/Bourne-Identity-DVD-Richard-Chamberlain/dp/B00006HCO2/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1259242105&sr=8-

269miles
Didn't realise they were books also, worth a read? I bought the first Bourne book by Ludlum twice but I just couldn't get into it. I used to really like Ludlum but that book just didn't do it for me.
