I.J
I know that Forresters (the enemy) have produced Allan MacGregor of Der Hun, Lee Wallace, Greig Ross of DAFC and there's a few more. It annoys me to this day that as a 6th year at Forries, I could have booted a 1st year Allan McGregor up and down the place and turned him into an inadequate, snivelling, little turd of a man as a result. Oh, wait.

The Number 10
Pretty sure Scott Crabb went to Forresters as well. He did, Souness went to Carrickvale which I think at some point became an annex of Forrester. Man Utd & Scotland internationalist Arthur Albiston was a Forries boy too

Both used to play 5s with us and Scott still plays. Can't remember Kenny being a Jambo. Used to play golf with them both many moons ago, in the Silverknowes junior section. Kenny was a decent player, Nisser not so much.Come to think of it I also had a few games with Jimmy Sandison when he used to tag along with his mate Tam Caldwell. loveofthegame
Danny Swanson (sorry) and Brian Allison of Falkirk, both ex-Trinity Academy. Danny was at Holycross primary as opposed to Trinity (due to family religion) and i'm pretty certain he never went on to Trinity Academy either, much more confident it was Leith Academy (which is strange given the usual path for Holycross pupils is St Thomas'). You can 100% add Scott Wilson to the list of ex-Trinity boys though (i.e. of Rangers and more recently Dunfermline)
