They would usually have a patern on them of some sort and looked particularly rank. These days if worn by he correct shape of girl then they can look pretty dam fine but there is a fine line between the right shape and the wrong shape! The wet look leggings look ridiculous in any walk of life - I have a pair which I plan on incorporating into some sort of costume when halloween comes round.
