Balogh; Thomson, Jonsson, Berra, Wallace; Mikoliunas, Palazuelos, Stewart, Driver, Aguiar; Nade. Subs Neilson, Makela, Obua, Mole, Templeton, Rapnik, Kello.

Midfield is far too lightweight...

midfield is a little lightweight geoff, but the optimist in me sees driver, miko, aguiar... all capabable of scoring, and some great little tricks...

nade is due a goal, and has been trying more in recent weeks, so maybe we can be hopeful he bags one today (at least)

st midden are crap, and as crap as we are, i think we might pull something out the bag here. i'm quietly optomistic here for a wee change

Toxteth O'Grady
Who is playing alongside Berra then?

Thompson, Eggert or Ruben?

Eggert I would imagine

Poor team IMO

No sign of Kigston?

St Bribery play 5 in there and if it's the same midfield performance as last week, we're fecked! That said, with the injuries we are struggling for options in there.

Eggert at CH Thomson at RB.

Berra will need to take control of the defence today, to keep Eggy right.

JF Kingston failed a fitness test this morning apparenly.

yeah, you're right i know geoff, i just have an inkling we may just be ok today

i have no reason for it, its just gut instinct that we may get a wee smile from the football gods today

Still no Kingston despite him being 'fit'?

It's not a bad thing today actually. The last thing we need is a Larry 'passenger' performance.

Ah right.

Trains all week and 'fails' a fitness test on the morning of the game.

Super.

Disagree.

He is more capable than Miko of providing a moment of quality that could win us the game.

We've missed Kingston, Our last two performances have shown that.

I agree but in the intervening period he could be posted missing.

At least Miko now offers workrate.

i would happen to agree but thats usually only when he can be bothered.

personally i would have kingston start and bring on miko at around the hour mark as he is always more impressive coming off the bench, but at least he tries nowadays

larry frustrates the hell out of me cos he is so talented, but he so rarely seems to want to show what he is capable of.

now the possibility is that due to amount of dross playing around him, he feels he doesn't need to try, or that its not worth trying cos others around him don't either.

ach, who said being a jambo was easy

Temps will come on for Miko.

Can't see it - just a bit of bench experience I would guess

Come on Hearts, 3 points today, get a bit of a run going.

What's the deal with Kingston anyways? Vlad Flu?

Injured, apparently.

The thing is, that the suspicion of "Vlad flu" will never disappear.

Funny how as soon as Zaliukas gets suspended suddenly Kari is injured. Thats definately a case of Vlad Flu. I mean, we cant have Kari playing a blinder at CB and showing up Big Zal for the pish "footballer" he is.

:(

Would Karipidis not be training with the first team squad if he wasnt injured?

Why would he be made to train like he was injured if he wasnt?

Karipidis has been a doubt all week. He took a knock during the game last week.
