Naming a source doesn't make the content of the OP any more or less true though does it?

No it just provides the next line of the attack against it....;)

What does he know? He's just bitter? etc etc

You're right though I do like how people get all uptight about sources - its hysterical.

So if a source was named Juvehearts would apologise and say, fair play, I believe it now, gawd I am kacking it for the future of Hearts

nah JT because i already am.

we are ment to be the 3rd biggest club in scotland, we just accept a 2-1 home defeat to killie as another game & move on to play hibs.

a derby game that i am fearful for the 1st ever time in my life that hibs might get a point off us.

Hearts loosing tynecastle & becoming gretna all over again.

its been a **** 3 seasons & we have all sat back and accepted our fate.#

this wasnt the football club or fans i grew up to know love & be a part of.

no but it would be a start, as the only stuff we are hearing about hearts is not comming directly from hearts.

so we try & get it from another source, the media ar not to be trusted or believed as they come on here for their stories ffs.

all we ALL want as hearts fans is to be told what the **** is happening at our club

I'm not really getting at you.

Its just funny you've gone really mental at Gasbottle - but I dont think you'd believe him any more if he said "It was Craig Levein he heard from John Colquhoun" or "It was John Reid, he heard from Foulkes"

Its a shame that Romanov (whether he is hero or villain) has divided us so badly. Because what you posted in quotes above sums up the passion of most of us - its just because we are human beings and robots that we dont all react the same way

Oh the rich tapestry of life....

I sincerely hope that once we eventually rid ourself of Romanov we can all get back to 1. banter and 2. arguing over the merits or otherwise of the football side of whatever is left of our club

I know that JT,

im just hurting, have been for a long time that my passion for hearts left me & i aint been to a game in over 2 seasons.

been to the last 2 home games & it is really painful.

part of the 500 club, go to every home & away game e.c.t & all you get is **** on from a russian/lithuanian tycoon who just wont come to the games as he knows what he has done & is the only man whom can fix it by either selling or investing.

you have to ask the ultimate question, when is enough, enough?

Right Meadows tell me whom you deal with at HBOS corporate almost daily, bearing in mind my sister in law is at the top there I am interested as to how such a "prominent edinburgh business man" with one pub speaks to them "daily", your words.

I am not doubting Hearts are in trouble what worries me is that your last attempt at fanning the flames never taught you a lesson.

Cash flow problems are an issue; hopefully the Craig Gordon money and the sale of sellic tickets can help short term, but there is no doubt a problem exists; your words and the facts that ill advised kbers seem to listen to your rantings and in the last major post lies, worry me.

I'll go through your points one at a time C..

I deal with Hbos corporate (Glasgow office) i WONT name names under any circumstances.

Where do i call myself "prominent", i do however speak to hbos on a daily basis...i have other business interests aside from the pub,and socialise with the guys who look after me.

I dont consider i have any lessons to learn from any previous posts, unless i made grammer mistakes!!!

Using the money from Celtic (or hibs)tickets to ease cash flow will cause more problems as they and Hibs will be howling for their money the moment it is due,

Ill advised kbers?? i think the majority are level headed, some even understand business economics, most are well researched and the overwhelming sense of potential disaster deserves to be discussed / debated on a public forum.

One or two are of course bitter, boring and sad:rolleyes:

Well Mr Southern is well aware of your postings on this site and indeed has denied today any such admin rumours.

He was asking if you were one and the same as the guy with the Russian Hats carry on, just pulling the strings I replied.

Your Glasgow HBOS link is laughable, and who the feck is C.

As much as i like David and respect the difficult job he does,i would be amazed if he were to confirm administration to anyone at present.

I also very much doubt his alleged queries regarding myself, He has texted me on occasions and phoned me direct on others!

Glad i bring a smile to your face regarding Hbos, is it my fault the guys are based in Glasgow?? (St Vincent St) google it !

My sis in law will check out your St Vincent Street exclusive the morn, i suspect its more bull in what will be a hatrick of bull**** stories.

Could top the lot this one ie a guy living in Edinburgh but having other business interests presumably in Edinburgh handled by a small corporate team at St Vincent Street, Glasgow-poor effort.

I never knew you were involved with WB but seem to remember wayback you working for Jim B at Robbos; May and John at Luckies and Ian and Moira in The Westfield and then you moving away for awhile-Perth wasn't it.

There used to be a few BOS corporate boys drunk in the basement bar with the big budha statue in the window on a Friday, and used to use the restaurant/bar on the ground floor of the office block in St Vincent Street.

One of them was a jambo .

Think their office must have been in the area

Look at the words "seem to remember" but will check it out, the Perth bit was a red herring but thanks for letting us know.

Its very strange how some Hearts supporters want your "stories" to be true, all i want is the truth and you have not supplied it yet, all hearsay and doing more damage than good.

Colonel, you are possibly correct but the corporate side is very small in Glasgow in comparison to Edinburgh, maybe of course they deal with all the Edinburgh accounts; and in Edinburgh they deal with the Glasgow accounts!

There used to be a few boys who would end up on the 6 o clock GNer train from Central, also a right reprobate who had an off ice next to a famous pub in Drury street

They used to have longer lunches than me

I used to work for HBOS Corporate and the relationship teams are well spread out with one being placed at St Vincent Street

On the whole the branches had the business banking relationship managers who dealt with your small outfits, The corporate banking relationship managers tended to be based in regional/head office type environments with them being functionality grouped i.e Oil and Gas, Agriculature and the such with there being general ones also

At the end of the day I dont know if the OP is a client with his own RM and even If I could check it I wouldnt as it would mean breaching rules for people

However it is the case that not all organisations have a locally based relationship manager.

The named RM is normally a level 3/4 Director/asssoicate director with most contacting being through level 2 Business managers who then report directly into the RM.

I would imagine the only reason a Director etc would know about hearts or related going ons would be if they where there RM or a regular contact, either that or they go deliberatly looking on the system for them

One thing I would add is that corporate banking traditionally dealt with people with a turnover of 500k -1mn plus although there was your exceptions

To have his own corporate banking RM meadows would have to be a fairly sucessful businessman. Business banking and corporate banking where different areas of HBOS.

There is certainly an HBOS corporate office in Glasgow, I used to walk past it on my way to work each day. How anyone would have inside knowledge of the financial fortunes of an Edinburgh based football club owned by a Lithuanian investment company is anyone's guess.

Okay that's a bit flippant of me but I've read through the thread and I highly doubt that even if someone has a source who's a director of another SPL club that the said director will know the true state of UBIGs finances and their intentions to pull the plug, or not pull the plug, from under HMFC in the near future. I doubt even whether the likes of Lopez and Ogilvie would know either so there's a bit of putting two and two together and making 5.

PS I am not a fan of Romanov and I do think/have heard that there are cash flow issues at UBIG... how they will play out is anyones guess but I'd bet for something less drastic than administration being the solution.

thank god someone else posted this.

i spoke to an ex hearts player last week, now in the media and an agent, and he told me the chances of hearts going bust are very real.

the players not getting paid < is a hint towards what is happening.

couldnt care less if i get shot down, i have no reason to not believe the lad.

this would make an already average league worse if the 3rd best team in it folded.
