Ultras Granata 1874

I'm a 51 year old who's been a regular since I can remember

I've bought a season ticket anytime I could afford one

I didn't miss a derby home or away for over 2 decades

I've followed us in Europe and have a Hearts tattoo. I give money I can't really afford to FOH every month

But I now watch more derbies on telly than in the stadium so that these missile throwing arseholes can get in.

I've always tried to see both sides of the argument, but no more. I deserve to be in the stadium more than these animals. End off! Get them TF

Ok well I never saw that 🙏🏻 that obviously changes my earlier comment, my point was that we shouldn't go so mental at a few things chucked on the pitch, it's football and stuff like that happens

You'll have to explain what football has to do with throwing objects at people.

What a bizarre statement.

Give them the upper section only next time , if they cant behave half there allocation until the message sinks in, we have arseholes in our support, but we have not constantly thrown missiles on the pitch and players constantly over a number of years

The directors box was left in no doubt what Hearts fans thought about it, Hibs directors looking very sheepish at the time, McDermott appeared to be agreeing with angry Hearts fans

They just pass the buck onto the hosts. That’s why we need to say ‘enough’. Feck worrying about tit for tat in terms of allocations; just go unilateral and make a strong statement.

They should be getting banned, that was ridiculous.

No Idle Talk

The amount of stuff thrown at Hearts players and on to the pitch when they come to Tynecastle is not on. It's been going on for a while now. One is forced to wonder what exactly the police and stewards are doing about it. Not much by the looks of it. The people throwing stuff should be identified and lifted. Or retrospectively identified and banned from purchasing tickets for derby matches at Tynecastle.

If Hearts don’t at least comment and threaten to reduce their allocation I’ll be more than a little disappointed.

Did anyone else notice the hundreds of them standing on the concourse. Serious amount of doubling up and the cops done nothing.

Aye that caught my eye the amount of them leaning against the railing.

As for the arse that ran in I was quite disappounted the polis didnt escort him round past the Hearts fans with his arm doubled up his back as they once did back in the good old days.

I don’t care who you are, if you throw anything into the pitch you are an arse. Awful from them tonight but Marshall had plenty lobbed at him unfortunately.

Grown humans behaving that that

Absolutely zero chance of that. The only hope is that we as a club do something about it. The minimum should be collecting it all in and actually calling them out on it publicly.

Scumbags.

100% agree. Should be the last time they get the roseburn regardless of the of impact to us at Easter road.  No way we should put up with that and we should 100% make our rationale public as well

I'm in for an all out ban. That was predictable and ****ing ridiculous tonight. If they replicate the ban then they lose a lot more than we do.

Section N started it tonight - Hibs followed suit….

I love a pint (or 10) before the game and I do get a bit animated during games (I wouldn’t have it any other way)

but I know how to behave…..

it is what is it 🤷🏽‍♂️ I’m not complaining but I’m also not blaming only hibs fans

Time to limit them to less than the 576 tickets other away teams receive, upper section only.

Yes they're scum, but it's just a few thing's thrown so as long as they're not lobbing bottles etc then it adds to the spice of things, that's what football is all about

What a stupid comment.

No bottles please but feel free to crack on lobbing your plastic and metal vapes.

To be honest if that's the case, I don't believe it is, both clubs need to bite the bullet.

There are no deterrerents so I think we need to discuss this. We pay shit loads for security and they barely even look up. I looked around the ground tonight and **** me it is laughable. There was a wee 4 foot Indian lassie, a few speccy dorks and a few spotty teens in high vis jackets. Throw in the fact that the police just stand and chat all game.

Be under absolutely no illusion here. No matter what they package this as, it can't be classed as security, it is just a bunch of nerds in high vis jackets getting pocket money for their studies.

If we had robust, tough 'security' we wouldn't even need the monstrosities that are the corner segregation in the school end and actually put bums on them.

👏

The amount of things thrown today was a different level and zero was done about it. At the end of the match it was raining coins, phones and lighters into the main stand from that section of scum bags in the lower corner

They’ve punched our keeper previously, thrown keys, hot liquids, coins - you name it. And imagine shanks missed the pen tonight because of dozens of objects thrown ? Would folk not be bothered ?
get them to Fek out our ground. Utter scum.  Utter scum. No more.

put up nets or plastic screens at the very least. End of.

Maybe some questions via the FOH is the way to go.

If Shanks misses the penalty, the Hibs fans are cheesing because throwing Vapes etc. at our striker to put him off worked.

The club needs to come down on them like a ton of bricks.

I definitely think the fans need to put pressure on the board/FOH to at least make a statement.

I don't think they will do it off their own backs.

Problem is, statements aren’t going to change the behaviour.

Zamal got hit. Clark got coined. That should have been enough to prompt action. Another derby where Hibs fans can’t behave themselves.

Are the board waiting until a player/fan/steward gets seriously injured?

Polieas Alba have reviewed the cctv footage and have deemed the missile throwers to have been under the age of 25 years of age and no further action will be taken.

Case closed.

Two sugars love there's a good girl and the overtime chit will be there in the morning.

Tonight was ridiculous. Always been keen to keep the full allocation but it was ****ing dangerous tonight. Not just for the players and fans either. One of those flash bang things went off about a foot away from a steward who looked pretty rattled. Absolutely shit myself when it went off and I was miles away. Can guarantee they'll be discussions about section N aswell though. There's absolutely no control about who is in there and the scraps at the end were ridiculous. Folk a few rows in front of me were going at each other as well. Poisonous atmosphere all night.

There was a lighter thrown at the hibs centre half by heard fans - shankland picked it up and threw it off the pitch

hibs fans retaliated later on (3 or 4 times btw)

this is not merely a hibs problem

I sit in N - this is facts

Apart from covid I honestly can't recall a derby at Tynecastle where Hibs support havent targeted our players wirh projectiles at almost every corner and set play.

Every team has fans that do this and I won't even make an exception for us, but the consistency in that Hibs support would almost be impressive if it wasn't so abhorrent

Total scum.

I haven't changed my mind, ban them. Americans know how to make money. They can't sell out easter road, so we'll get tickets.

Hopefully they catch everyone throwing objects onto the pitch.  I think a lot of our support are in bother too though.

Can they not place netting infront of the away sections? They use netting at baseball games and after a few moments you can’t event tell it is there.

Or would that spark concerns from crushes in the past?
