Can we stop pretending that the answer is already at the club and trying to do things without any actual ****ing research or knowledge behind them? We have the third biggest budget in the country, with thousands of fans donating money to the club every month, and yet we are still trying to find a bargain at a car boot sale instead of actually appointing someone who knows what the **** they are doing. Naismith can talk the talk all he likes but I’m not seeing what he’s trying to do. Playing a low energy game of keep away with no end product does not create chances or score goals. Saying earlier in the week about the importance of starting well, yet can’t get out of first gear until we’re behind.
