Collapse from England. Looks like they'll be all out in time to watch Hibs' Euro humiliation at 4.

Woakes and Wood 200 partnership now you said that.

A cricketing superpower.

A lot of comment by cricket lovers. One point being made is Scotland has far more home grown players than say likes of Netherlands.

England superfan, Michael Vaughan, compares Harry Brook to Kevin Pietersen, in his latest fantasy column.

Along with England cricket chief who wants ICC to change rules of cricket as a reward for England saving and changing test cricket, these guys cannot accept Ashes are gone.

West indies lost chance to win 2nd test v India to draw series as last day rained out. Haven't seen them campaigning and caring over this.

Not sure if I prefer Australia to bat for next two days scoring about 650 minimum or be out tomorrow, England score whatever and at end of Sunday, Australia 120 for 9 before it rains all day Monday.

Michael Vaughan lauded the umpire for a "great decision" today, when he gave Jimmy Anderson not out LBW from a ball by Mitchell Starc.

The Aussies reviewed it and Anderson was reprieved only by an umpires call on hitting the wicket.

Dear Michael, rather than lauding the umpire, why didn't you say that the umpire made the wrong call (it was hitting the wicket) and that Anderson was lucky to get away with one.

Scotland v Ireland is SOLD OUT

Weather forecast looks good for afternoon so should be good game.

Would be nice to win to keep Ireland quiet but no pressure on game at all with both teams safely qualified.

Shame Sole injured as him for Sharif would make big difference. Hopefully we are injury free next year in WC.

Disappointed. I thought Marnus Labuschagne was on to make the slowest ever century.

Out caught by Joe Root off Wood. Made 9 off 82 balls.

Ideal bowling conditions for England so the Aussies will be delighted to have lost just the 1 wicket. Funnily enough the sun appears just before lunch, no doubt to disappear when play resumes.

Good catch by Root as far boy Bairstow couldn't move his weight to dive. Still he contributed a great innings earlier. Oh no wait, that innings helped Australia get draw in last match and it was when there was no pressure. He failed in this game.

Labuschagne was strange innings as he normally is aggressive and was when under pressure in 4th innings in Manchester.

Stuart Broad has 151 Ashes wickets, 20 in series the 5th time he has done that with only Shane Warne ever doing that too.

Australia 127 for 4.

At this stage in terms of same balls faced, England were 276 for 9.

A Bairstow mistake with the gloves once again as Steve Smith was reprieved from being run out, because the keeper had dislodged a bail just before the ball was in his hands.

Certainly is. BBC Scotland lose pictures with Ireland 2 down. They are ****ing hopeless.

They are using ICC TV pictures. Though you could try them. Just need to register.

Powerplay over

Ireland 60 for 4 with South African Curtis Campher (who conceded 51 in his 3 overs) smashing it about.

ICC not having the same issue. They sub contract out, they show the game, it is their responsibility to have it working.

Good start from Scotland though. Heard Chris Sole earlier and he has been signed by team in Caribbean Premier league.

Shows attention being paid to these tournaments Scotland are in.

Ridiculous lbw given against Murphy. Compared to the one England got benefit of doubt for yesterday, that should never have been given but umpire couldn't wait to give it out. Must have been clipping stump by 1mm.

Still, good rally by Australia although England forgot to bowl at stumps for a while.

Sharif is liability at this level. Brad Currie is some fielder.

Scotland's death bowling is shit. Wide yorkers FFS, it isn't rocket science.
