Was a bit of a bore but job done and another 90 minutes in the legs. Souttar got a wee knock at the end there, hopes he’s ok.

We've probably humped Stirling a few times too. It doesn't happen every game is the point. Ach why even bother..

Winning the group with a game to spare so credit where due.

Hope we go for a big win on Saturday now to secure a seeded spot in the next round.

Better to go for it on Sunday 😜

We were winning when he got his goal. I didn’t realise there was such an embarrassment difference between 1-0 and 2-0.

Was wondering the same - looked like he picked up some kind off tweak or niggle with the last challenge of the match.  Hope he's okay - would hate to see our defence without him and before any new signings,  would give me the fear.

That diving thug raked his achilles looked like.

I’m just happy we’ve stopped conceding crappy goals we were doing the last couple seasons.

That’s a positive for me.

Need to work on not giving teams chances.

The game was played like a training match and a comfortable 2-0 win. We move on to the next one.

I think you need to look up the meaning of "saving our blushes".

I thought he had shown in a short number of minutes that he was deserving of a starting place?

And yet, it seems his great performance was against the worst team ever to have participated in the sport.

Amazing, you’ve chosen a game from 7 years ago. When we were in the championship 😂😂 don’t mention the cup final of course, or beating rangers,  or anything that goes against your agenda

you really have lost it mate.

Need to win by 2 I would think possibly 3

At the moment 6 teams could finish on maximum points. Raith most likely to drop points with an away game to Livi tomorrow. St Mirren currently have a slightly worse goal difference and a game against Partick to come. Dundee and Motherwell both have two games to go. I wouldn't be surprised if any win was good enough.

Job done which is the main thing.

Assuming we've got another two or three gears then happy days. If we don't, then we'll be in trouble in the league.

I'd have liked that question cleared up beforehand with a blitzing of someone like Stirling Albion but it wasn't to be so just have to trust there's a lot more still to come 👍

Though Gnando came on and helped us have more of a focal point and well done to Pollock for netting his first goal.

Yes Robbie has beaten Rangers before, not Celtic, Hibs and Aberdeen yes.

I try to obliterate any tim tanking at tynie or ceptic park from my mind, unfortunately they are still sore to think about being so.many ,   but it does make it sweeter when we do turn them over  hopefully we do them this season.......

Continuing Robbie's record of never having us below the top 1-3 positions at any time in any league as Hearts manager.

Well done Robbie/Rob/Bob/Phoodle

The last three games prove what we all know

Kingsley/Cochrane showing very little - Starter left sided CH needed MAIN priority, that wins headers and has decent pace

The wingback position either of Kingsley/Cochrane will have to do

Halliday/Haring just do not have any positivity and are not good enough (Halliday did play well v Cove but long term its a no as a 'starter')- Need two midfielders that compliment each other with Halliday/Pollock (best midfielder so far this season) or Haring as back up

GMS/Ginnelly - Not sure we can afford to play both against better teams. Both are lightweight. Ideally need a complimenting quick forward/10 to work with and behind Boyce with Gnando back up. Walker has not shown anything that warrants a starting position.

Hoping we start league positively or a long season ahead. The 3 or 4 signings all need to be first choice starters

On a positive note we have qualified.

Glad we have an objective to do well in the final game.  Read above we need a 2 or 3 goal win to be seeded.

I'm sure that like me, Bongo will be cheering us on all the way.

2 to go past United, Dundee and St Mirren could easily be +8 or better only 3 seeding available reckon we need to score a few but in the privilege position of knowing what we need to do

Yes, unfortunately Robbie has never managed a win against them as Hearts manager, though this could change very soon.

You are exactly who Robbie was looking at when he made his famous “go watch City or Utd” quote.

He saw you, he heard you and he thought to himself “he’s never been a Hearts fan in his cream puff”

I hated him before he said that and nothing much has changed, you pay your money you want entertainment, it will be sparingly available under Neilson, yet he is in denial.
