SwindonJambo
I eat it most days, unless sprouts are in season. Very healthy too. It’s my green veg of choice. I too drizzle it in olive oil.

jb102
I caught an Italian restaurant owner stealing a bag of what he thought was purple sprouting broccoli straight from the field.Parked in the gate wandering around stuffing a bin bag with the young plants. It was actually a commercial derivative of Oil Seed Rape and would have made his diners very ill. ****ing cheeky **** *******. Any way, broccoli good OSR bad. I put my cabbage in the slow cooker with my ham joint at a strategic point of the cooking. Topically enough, sumac goes on it amongst other spices. Your digestion system will thank you for it, and let you know, quite regularly !

If we are doing cooking styles then deep frying pan , coconut oil and put the asparagus in to start to fry , about 90 secs in fill the frying pan with enough water to just cover the asparagus and cook off 👌🏻
