Not many of our youngsters can challenge in a squad aiming for 3rd or 4th and step up to the plate. They need to be out playing men and gaining experience though. They can't be hanging about Oriam playing Under 20's. I'm a big fan of getting 15/16 year olds playing for the young team against older young lads.
