Maybe the bar runner actually costs £12

£54.50 total cost.

Take off 5% gained as beer credits = £51.78

Take off £10 beer credits for keg returns = £41.78

£41.78 divided by 21 pints = £1.99

It's possible.

Unless my maths is wrong or there is more pints in a keg than I thought how does that equate to £1.99 a pint ?

So a conditional £1.99 then. 🙄

Cheers. 👍

Still a cracking deal. Anyone want to buy a Bud Light bar runner?!

No sign of Oktoberfest beers on PD yet this year, get the feeling they have severely lost their way.

Haven’t used my PD in months, the beers I like have been overpriced for a while. They are pricing themselves out of the market for me.

A real shame because when the first started out it was brilliant as was the service.

Mines has started to die. Would happily reinvest but the kegs have near enough doubled in price since I first got it and I think the quality of them has dipped a lot so no longer worth it for me.

Spaten and Lowenbrau Octoberfest just landed.....£38.95 each though

Agree its gotten a lot more expensive, I only order occasionally now

Working my through 3 x Leffe Blondes from the Nisa store in Washington Newcastle, £89 for the 3 - they always seem to be competitive, used to do 4 kegs for £100

Not read this thread, but just got a "free" Pinter machine via a BrewDog offer, just had to sign up for two beer subscriptions every 4 weeks, which I can cancel after first one if necessary.

Anyway, anyone used Pinter before and can say if it's any good?

A Pinter machine (supposedly £129.99) for free...downside is it's BrewDog branded...as long as you subscribe for at least one order of 2 beers, of which a selection is available to choose from with most around the £18-£25 mark, that should produce 10 pints.

Not sure if the offer is available to everyone, or if it's just because I have a BrewDog account and got the email.

Edit - thought you'd typed "what was the offer" and not "where"...should have read it more slowly! Anyway, here's the link, in case it works for everyone and someone else wants to sign up for it - https://try.pinter.co.uk/brewdog-free/?utm_campaign=email_uk_campaign_200825_pinter&utm_medium=email&utm_source=brewdog&xnpe_tifc=xDBNOkPLOfH74DoXhFzDOypsafeWaeiWhFW_bMhsMjHdOFbdnysLRkivtu4vt9UgrF_ZxfxJ4kn84k4LbdxDhFzT

No idea about the beer machine, but I have ahem, "known" a few ladies who could only be described as five pinters...

Are these still popular or was it a lockdown thing?

Had two 'pinters' first and second gen. Hopeless things IMO, both went to the dump a long time ago

I don’t really use mine. Got expensive and my waistline really didn’t appreciate having pints so handy.

Oh well, at least I've not paid for the thing, will just enjoy (or not) the 20 pints then cancel
