About 20 of these sold appeared to be in 5 of the end rows of Section T.

That's an odd one. It's highly unlikely that they have been sold, given their location and the previous weeks sales patterns. The club may have blocked them off for another reason such as reserving them for the kids playing at half time.

I'm not going to lie. I thought we would have been well over a thousand down at the first home game, closer to 2k probably. Last season was pretty joyless, with some obvious exceptions and I expected that so show  in sales.

Delighted to look like I'm going to be wrong. Tremendous effort from our support once again.

That's a good shout. Kids will now be emerging from new tunnel area in Main Stand so would be sensible for them to be seated in that stand.

I thought the same.

But then there are a lot of fans, like myself, who might not get to every game but still buy a ST because it's in our blood. It's what we do. We support our club no matter what.

Looks like we are heading for similar sales to last season.

A good start to the season and we'll likely hit 18k for run of the mill games and full houses for OF, Hibs and Aberdeen.

12.500 sold as Enzo silently weeps into his Pot Noodle.

Shirley not?

He's just a loyal Jambo who wants the best for the club. Not buying a ST and slating everything we do is his way of showing how much he cares.

I guess being top for 3 months was pretty poor

Dot counters don’t seem to be in line with the club figures at all this year? Previously very close.

@Geoff Kilpatrick what’s your new revised, revised estimate for sales? My 13-14k looks a very safe bet!

The alternative is to spend Saturday with the wife - who want's that?

Let's get a good start to the season by qualifying well from the League Cup group stages and push the figure above and beyond the 13,000 total

It's great so far but now we need to attract those who just need that little push to invest in a season ticket....nothing does more than a little success to do that.

Oh and confirmation Naismith has signed with a little extra bonus in the form of another new signing to top things off

Well there will be plenty 'manless' on a Saturday every 2 weeks or so given the sales so far.

I'll stick with the dot boys and my 12.6 as what else would happen with this thread otherwise?

12.5k is a great effort. Despite a semi-final and a final we had a poor season. Just imagine how many we'd we get if we were genuinely successful. I remember in 2005 thwre was actually a waiting list for STs!! Perhaps not a sleeping giant but we could be a good bit bigger than we are.

If the season had only lasted 3 months it would have been historic.

Bull's-eye

Don't really think a fast start will make much difference to numbers.

It didn't last season.

In fact, as a supporter I'd prefer a slow start and a full on finish.

Doubt many of the Gobshites on here understand that kind of philosophy though.

Dot counters ahead of Queen Ann? Not having that! Ok I’ll be in touch when we crash through the 12.6k barrier and against when we surpass 13k.

No bother. It will be fantastic if we do get to 13k. I'm feeling sorry for the dot counters though. They'll be confused as to what has gone wrong!

Surely the difference is hospitality and disabled/carer STs. They don't show up as dots on e tickets.

We can be a right moaning bunch at times us Hearts fans, the ones claiming not to be back because of last season or the season before or whatever their gripe is at the time will inevitably calm down, the signs are there that that’s what’s happening now, good effort at this stage ??????

I'll take your word for it. I'll let the dot boys worry about it.

Aye, but only if you don't count the 3 hour "out" time as not cooking.

A steak is made by the foreplay of leaving it  out at room temperature.

The flash then cook is the ending. ?

I phoned the ticket office yesterday to enquire about my ST too, the lassie on the other end took my reference number and said i will get it next week as they are currently sending out STs in batches based on the stands. Looks like they are sending out STs in batches depending on which stand they are working on.

Have you bought a season ticket m8?
