And he’s not praying!

If Biden wins Wisconsin, isn’t he one state away from winning outright? I can’t work this out

Assuming he holds Arizona and Nevada, Wisconsin means it’s all on Michigan or Georgia. One of them will do.

Looking at share of postal votes in both, despite both being marginally red, both will close.

It’s on a knife edge and despite the expert advice given above, no one has ‘skooshed it’.

As long as the ballot was postmarked by yesterday then can be counted if they arrive in the next few days in some states

No idea what that is. I’m watching it unfold live on TV now. Nobody (apart from Tramp) is saying theres a clear cut winner yet.

That chart is the live situation from the AP.

Biden needs Michigan and it doesn't look like he's going to get it.

On the plus side, SJW anger and DT brag tweets have a chance to really ramp it up for another four years. The liberals in America do the best outrage while the arch-capitalists do the best smarm.

A massive own goal for the Democrats with Biden.

The way the Democrats fought amongst themselves when picking a candidates was an embarrassment.

Although Trump would have trounced Sanders. No doubt about that.

The SNP will win the next Scottish Election and the Tories will win the next UK election, despite what's happened the last few years and especially this year, with the deliberate killing of thousands of eldery by both parties.

People don't base their voting on policies or what's happened politically. They will always vote for the same party / individual, no matter what.

I disagree with this otherwise no parties in power would ever change.

I barely pay attention to UK politics, let alone US, but voting in Trump for another term is the biggest faux pas in political history surely? Still pushing the 'make America great again' slogan after 4 years in office. One would argue, in the 4 years he's had so far, he's made America worse.

Yep, on both counts.

A significant proportion of that electorate wouldn’t know a socialist if it was in their meatloaf.

What I noticed in the Democratic process was that the infighting was as bitter as if it was the election itself. You had people supposedly on the same side ripping each other to shreds. Not unlike the Labour Party at this exact moment.

It puts you on the back foot. Just to repeat what I said early, without Covid this would have gone Trump’s way easy. That’s a damning indictment of both America and the Democrats

That country is beyond repair, isn't it. In amongst all the shock at how a country could possibly vote for someone like him in droves, it's worth remembering the country is a hotbed of rampant patriotism, individualism and a complete ignorance about the rest of the world. Trump represents a lot of them and the country has issues which run a lot deeper than him.

An hour ago I was sure Trump had this, now not so sure.

What I am sure of though is that if Trump loses, then all hell is going to break loose. Trump will continue his rigged narrative.

Expert knowledge? It's a primary source from the Associated Press. 👍

Biden needs Michigan or, Georgia. He's about 200,000 votes down in Michigan with 18% of votes remaining.

102,000 down in Georgia with 6% remaining.

Chances of Biden winning are highly unlikely.

If Biden wins, it's going to be on the mailed in ballots. As people like Bernie Sanders and well, lets face it Trump himself said, Trump is going to call those fraudulent and refuse to leave office.

What a clusterf*ck this is going to be.

All roads lead to Gorgie

I hope he can somehow still pull this off but Biden must be the most uninspiring candidate for the office I can remember. The Democrats seemed to have managed to emulate the Labour party with another Corbyn.

A Trump win for my eyes is still the most likely scenario but it’s going to be tight.

Even so, priority one is getting rid of Trump. Biden is a one-term president at best. Almost like a mannequin in a suit. But better his pish than Trump’s pish

Dont get me wrong, I agree with your post but you have to think...350million or so Americans and the best they have to put up against Trump was Sanders or Biden.

A country with a population of over 300 million and it comes down to this odd couple. Crazy!

Most of us would argue that because we look at America from the outside and in comparison to other countries. Americans, though, in very large numbers, look no further than their own horizon. Horribly insular with no self-awareness. They'll believe that America has got greater because there's a president on the TV telling them so.

Foxy Knoxy! Hubba hubba!!

He goes on about fake news, but only talks about the things he wants to talk about that make him look good. America seems more fractured as a society than it's ever been in living memory and his term has a lot to say for that.

His behaviour is that of an absolute psycho. The pish he puts on social media is utterly embarrassing for a world leader, the way he speaks about his opposition in the public eye is disgraceful and him already talking about legally challenging the outcome of this if he loses just stinks of desparation. It's little wonder he and Kanye West are good pals. Couple of deluded, egotistical ****ing madmen.

And I don't know really who Biden is, I just know he's the lesser of 2 evils. But I still see another out of touch, older generation man going into that role. It's little wonder that USA is such a backwards nation in many respects.

Have to agree, look at who trump has been up against both time - two utter losers.

Anyway as a guy that has nothing to do with America I hope Trump wins again, it’s been good drama the past 4 years so hopefully we get another term of entertainment.

Very good things have happened. Better than we've ever seen before! People can't believe how great they are. Other places are very bad. Bad things happen there. Sleepy Joe wants to make America like those places. Vote Trump.

How nobody in the media has taken him to task over this for the last 4 years is astonishing, are they all shit scared of him or something.

I do not believe for one minute he'd ever get away with a fraction of this in the UK.

Things starting to look good for Biden? Take Nevada, Wisconsin and Michigan and he's home.

Nevada will not be known until 17.00 GMT tomorrow.

Long wait ahead.

Why does a country with so many young people, or at least between the ages of 18 and 50, want to vote for an old man who is completely out of touch with reality?

Why are both candidates in their 70s?  Could neither party have put together a better candidate, more in touch with the modern world?

This was, and still currently is, a no win scenario for them. Neither candidate is particularly great, and the voting seems to reflect that.

The voters on TV last night saying how great Trump has been for African American voters, Hispanic voters and those in the poorer parts of the country must have been deliberately tuning out what has actually happened in the last 4 years.

Whoever wins won’t ruin my day. Check my postings since 3am. I’ve got a handle on what’s going on.

You’ll still be a slaver regardless, however.
