It's nothing new but it continues to amaze me -his lack of empathy is staggering. He has a absolutely no concept of the human experiences around 9/11. To him it's all just the movie-like quality of the images and the goodies v baddies rhetoric of the aftermath. He doesn't even seem to grasp in the tiniest way that people lost loved ones and lives were changed forever.

He probably spent 9/11 watching the gorilla channel on TV.

Hurricane Florence will be "tremendously wet".

So now you know.

He's also now claiming that the US response was a 'tremendous success'.

When a country of several million people were left almost a year without power and had to rely on private corporations (some dubious and unhelpful) to restore it. Elon Musk had mobile solar plants there to provide essential services in a matter of days.

Not to mention the several thousand dead, and many more left homeless.

Although in the interest of fairness, when Harvey hit here last year, HEB (massive superstore chain in Texas) had their disaster response out before FEMA got the finger out.

Alex Jones accidentally shows transgender porn live on InfoWars

Half of Alex Jones’ job is promoting nonsensical conspiracy theories such as a pizza restaurant running a child sex trafficking ring in a basement that doesn’t exist. The other half is selling merch. And there’s nothing wrong with selling merch (you should buy ours in our store!), but the majority of merch Jones sells are supplements whose effects are suspect.

While showing off the site on his phone, Jones makes the mistake of minimizing his browser window, and for a brief moment displayed the other tabs he had open.

The title reads: Naughty tbabe Marissa Minx relieved of ("cockerel") hunger by stud

The Vietnnamese must be thanking their god for bone spurs. Can you imagine what they would have had to face if that strong threatening man had served in the military and they had to enter combat with him. How could the presidents of the day not have used a war machine like this.

Trump now denying - via twitter - that 3,000 people died in Puerto Rico. Another example of how everything has to be about him, his thin skin and his ego.

Thought you were taking the piss or that you'd fallen for a fake tweet.

Holy ****, holy actual ****. Outstanding, absolutely outstanding.

"Shithole countries" and exploiting the Bataclan were outstanding lows, but denying the deaths of 3,000 of your own citizens is just... wow.

I guess he's got some literature back in his car or in his bag.

Trump states he has collected billions, yes billions for Puerto Rico relief, there is no evidence of this anywhere. He also claims it is all a plot by the Democrats to make him look bad. He states it is all lies, if anyone can identify a lie it should be him, he uses lots.

I have had my courses on physchology, and the main thing I learned wa that I definitely did not have the training, or ability to analyse mental health, but having dealt with many with problems I have a strong feeling that this man is on his way to a major breakdown. His achilles heel is criticism and he is open just now to  lots, his second problem is perceived disloyalty and he is facing it through the op-ed and Woodwards book, we are designed to realise when we are reaching a breaking point, good mental helth helps us recognise this, and take action, weakening mental health causes us to deny the problem and dig deeper into it. This as a long time traveller in life is as I see it the problem with the president, he probably deserves more sympathy than the disdain I have for him,but I am weak and will continue to be a severe critic of him.

3000 people did not die in the two hurricanes that hit Puerto Rico. When I left the Island, AFTER the storm had hit, they had anywhere from 6 to 18 deaths. As time went by it did not go up by much. Then, a long time later, they started to report really large numbers, like 3000...

.....This was done by the Democrats in order to make me look as bad as possible when I was successfully raising Billions of Dollars to help rebuild Puerto Rico. If a person died for any reason, like old age, just add them onto the list. Bad politics. I love Puerto Rico!

Astonishing how insensitive and classless those tweets are. Again though, and this is one of the scariest things for me, he associates academic findings by two prestigious universities as the work of "the Democrats". Terrifying stuff straight from Fascism 101.

Spare your tears for Melania. She claimed to be going to visit a detention center where separated children were being held (which she didn't actually go to) and wore a jacket with "I DON'T REALLY CARE, DO U?" written in large letters on the back. She's a golddigger who hit big and yes, is getting dragged along for a public ride instead of living the isolated, empathy-less life of glamour that she thought she was going to get.

No longer, I hope, Jim.

She's married to a liar and an adulterer, who openly admitted to sexually assaulting women.  Yet she stays with him, appears by his side at public events, and acts like the loyal wee wife.  By doing so, she's condoning his outrageous behaviour.  And she does it so that she can share in his money.

You’re spot on. The trappings of power are more important than morals to them. I know that all politics involves spin but the bare faced lies of this mob are staggering.

That's the point. He's demonised the press, so he can preach to the crayon munchers on twitter and these  overly frequent rallies.

The reports are a bit conflicting, I posted this late yesterday afternoon, but later in the evening the deal was declared as tentative, he had still not indicated what he had or was willing to offer. From what I understand he was willing to enter a guilty plea, but terms of time to be served etc were all dependent on what evidence he would give. There were some speculating it was to give Trump some incentive to start using the P word. If no deals are reached he will go to jail.

Depends what he's been offered. Given up 3 expensive properties, a life insurance policy, and 4 bank accounts so far.

Better to be poor, than die in jail, I suppose.

You'd have to be fairly sure (confident/hopeful) Mueller's let him off, (and that's what it is really,) with just that, in return for something(s) that are rather damaging.

All rats abandon sinking ships in the end. Self-preservation is best found nowhere else, than in political/elitist society.

How very true, I wonder who Trump will turn on when it's his turn to go down?

O.K. just listened to the current news reports. White House lawyer and communications agent Sanders and Giuliani state these charges and Guilty pleas have nothing to do with the president, which is absolutely true. What is relevant is that no conditions have been reached with Mueller. Manafort has given nothing so far but when he does open up he must give the whole story particularly his time with the Trump campaign. He was at the infamous Tower meeting if he blows that out of the water, young Donald can be charged if with nothing else lying to the Senate. If and he was deep into money from Russians and Ukraineans he states that there was any direct involvement with these people during the campaign especially with Trumps's knowledge the collusion would be proven. Again his direct evidence of that particular meeting if Trump had knowledge the question  of obstruction becomes more likely to be able to have proven.

So far at least one of his estates has been seized by the government an estimated value of ten million dollars. His other assets are also subject to seizure. He is apparently broke, and has difficulty paying his exorbitant legal fees, so even if he gets off with the current charges he still has serious problems, a Pardon in fact without some monitory compensation is in my mind useless.

Trump may get away with a lot if Kavanaugh gets to the Supreme Court before the manure hits the fan, but members of his family may be jailed for extensive periods, my estimation of Trump is he does not really care who goes under the bus as long as it ain't him, however even Republicaans in Congress and the Senate have to sit up and consider their own futures if the president is proved as a liar, is proved to have colluded with Russia, and again if the relationship with Putin is linked to Putins power over Trump is due to the exchange of cash for favors. As was said by myself and others the adage follow the money was always the key to this whole farce of a Trump presidency, show us your tax returns Dondo, here comes the judge, here comes the judge. ( taken from Laugh In1970's)

"Rudy Giuliani, Trump's lawyer for the Russia probe, said: "Once again an investigation has concluded with a plea having nothing to do with President Trump or the Trump campaign."

"The reason: the President did nothing wrong and Paul Manafort will tell the truth," Giuliani said.

Within minutes of Giuliani issuing that statement, another Trump lawyer, Jay Sekulow, sent a "corrected statement" to reporters that said the same thing but omitted the words "and Paul Manafort will tell the truth."

There may be trouble ahead

But while there's moonlight and music

And love and romance

Let's face the music and dance.

Jared Kushner, & Donald Junior next, please.

Then...

Melania will dispute the love and romance
