They are to introduce a recall function that means you can unsend a message. But only if you do it within 5 minutes of sending.

 

Five minutes is not much use if you've had a few beers and drop off though.

 

Everyone must have at least one message (email, text, WhatsApp etc) that they really regret sending?

 

Or even posts on JKB.

For me it would be great if it was about 7 hours the amount of times I message folk I don't want to when pished

Take it they're still saved away somewhere? Otherwise paedos and terrorists will be loving it

 

I don't think you can permanently delete anything you send, receive, download, submit.  They will always be able to retrieve it  :uhoh2:

Maybe kickback can introduce a similar feature. Could be useful for some. Including myself.

I really wish they had this a couple years ago, I told a girl I was friends with since I was about 7 I loved her, she never spoke to me again, deleted me off Facebook etc. I was gutted.

I actually put alot of effort into the message and shaving my ball sack :lol:, I have checked her fb a few times and she hasn't aged well so every cloud :D

Not quite the same as this but one of my mates had a very public facebook meltdown when his ex finished with him after finding a new bloke.

A great long winded spiel about 'soul mates, trust, heartbroken etc.'

He ended it by saying " Just remember every time you kiss her that those lips have emptied my .....................

It must be only 10 minutes.  Very annoying when you are on your phone with no spell checker and you notice a typo once you have posted.

 

Then the spelling and grammar mafia swoop like vultures
