You just know there is going to be a melee before this finishes.

I'm guessing both will finish with 10 men. Hopefully Lazio will see this through, but both defences look dodgy.

Roma didn't seem to believe it was possible. .... should have played the first team from the start.

That will be Spaletti done with then. Again the big games he failed to get the system right and the players up for it.

3 weeks Sunday he better get it right.

  • 2 weeks later...

12.30pm Italian local time kick off...just in time for the Chinese early evening market to view the match :tiny:

Almost exactly a year ago I was in the stadium and when full it produces a great atmosphere

Good start to the match with chances at both ends

Can't be entirely based on that. Easter weekend so no games tomorrow and Roma lazio in two weeks kicks off at the same time.

Deulofeu has had a mare in this game. Constantly making the wrong decision or giving the ball away.

Unbelievable....2-2 in the 7th minute of injury time !!!!!!

It was the last kick of the match and deemed over the line !!

Having been down to Rugby Park last night, I needed something to cheer me up.

Serie A never fails to do that.

What a game.

I was at Fiorentina's game today, they lost 2-1 at home to Empoli who scored a 91st minute penalty winner.

Juve go to Roma and Atalanta. No way they drop 9 points with their other fixtures. Also don't see Roma going on a winning steak wich includes the Derby, Juve and Milan.

Secure second place and appoint a new manager as Spaletti is on his way out.

Probably right.

Shame as going to Milan/Roma and was hoping they would still be in the hunt.

Got my Derby tickets earlier in the week. Should be close to a sell out for Tottis last. Curva sud back packed out since they pulled the barriers down.

The quality of play looked miles above the typical Scottish level, and the Ultras' fervour would give most Hearts fans an aneurysm. :)

Forza calcio

Only Juve fans want them to win as more progress = more cash = less competitive Serie A

Good for coefficient though - 4 teams in CL soon?

I thought Italy was getting 4 teams the season after next anyway as part of UEFA making sure the top leagues don't lose any places (ie England).

As above they have been allocated 4th place 18/19.

If Roma had beat Atalanta last week and the gap was six points with Juve to play in Rome and Atalanta and have the semis to contend with, then the league was back open. However Roma did their annual fudge up and Juve can afford to drop points, although they probably won't as heir depth is pretty impressive bar Neto in the sticks.

Shame Juve only went for Dybala after Roma offered better terms for Iturbe and look how he panned out.

Still be there next Sunday in what looks to be heading towards a home sellout.

Yip.

Looking at the fixtures, Juve will probably clinch it against Torino.

We were looking at maybe getting to this as well as the Roma game. Probably no chance now but will try anyway.

If Immobile scores again two players will have a hat trick. Keita has one already.

Pescara are currently paying Roma

Pescara was the first Italian ground I visited back in 2006/7 season

Pescara were playing Lecce (Serie B)

Martin Petras was playing for Lecce

Checked the Roma team tonight and don't see any former Hearts player

Times have changed.
