Lovely.

I am the only one in my household to eat this, anyone else got weirdos in their house who turn their noses up to this delicacy?

Potential to be another 'Dry Cereal' thread :D

Nothing even comes close to the levels of attention seeked by eating cereal with no milk.

Buttered toast any better? Another favourite for mine.

My old man used to do this. Not anymore with his blood pressure but.

Nope, no better, you'd have crumbs in the bottom of your tea. Savages!

Those strange Aussie folks have buttered white bread with hundreds and thousands on it. They call it fairy bread and have it on birthdays. Very strange indeed.

Cheese piece dipped in tea is something I find myself doing occasionally.

Also a cheese piece dipped in hot tomato soup!

When I was young Dook was a tomato based sauce you had with a full breakfast fry-up. Essentially it is a tin of chopped tomatoes with added gravy salt - splendid indeed.

Tear up a couple of slices of bread into small chunks, put into a soup bowl then cover with heated up leftover mince.

Superb.

This works. Well buttered slice of bread should always be at hand for any leftover gravy. Especially a particularly juicy steak pie or mince and tatties.
