They are buying this from Sky as it is Crock o'shit & Wanger commentating.

 

Question is, if a pub was to show this what is the legalities?

Fox are an American company and not interested surely. Sky can only complain if they are showing Sky Sports.

A landlady down here (Portsmouth) done exactly that and was taken to court. She was using something like a Greek satellite service however it was completely legal in Greece. Can't remember the exact details however she won her case. Might not have been Greece either but they reckoned this would open the floodgates.

 

Think Mania is a bit different though as they haven't purchased or have a contract to show the games.

Yeah I had same issue with some games last week (Hearts) on iPad and funny enough I couldn't get this today. Some did work though. I stuck it on the laptop which worked and then forgot all about it.

I'm guessing you've tried going directly to BT section and it's doing this? Try accessing the calendar and finding something that's on BT and try selecting it from there. Or if you're doing it this way already try going in via the actual BT section. I had similar the other week with it not working in one but it was in the other.

The issue is with Mania not playing sources bud. The channels show however occasionally some are unable to play.

Take a little bit of time watching youtube videos. Phoenix and Exodus will give you every TV show and Movie you want. If you're looking for Live TV and Sport, I'd suggest Ultimatemania. 

 

However, can't stress enough - watch youtube videos explaining how it works. I consider myself very IT literate, but never got round to understanding Kodi until a couple of weeks ago. All I use now.

Just bit the bullet and bought a AFTV box. We got a cheap box a wee while ago and it was ok but it has stopped working. The Firestick in our room is going well after a year so decided to stick with Amazon products.
