Any builders help me out

Thinking of building an extention to my house. Just one level a big room with another room with a shower and toilet and sink in it.Be about 8 meters wide by 8to 6 meters long all in. These sizes are a rough estimate(very rough).

 

how much would this be roughly.

 

I have no clue probaly more than I think but would like a rough guide before I go looking for prices.

Basically it will be some where between ?1.5-2k per m2 of floor area.

Got an extension like this last year (bedroom with ensuite) slightly smaller in measurement and that set us back about ?32k - still a lot cheaper than buying a 3 bedroom house !!
