Aye. That's the thing... they are mostly mad. In most cases fans would have mass brawl or a fight and thats it. These guys sometimes kill if they need/want to. I'm not talking stricktly about the Zenit fans but Russian, Polish, Serbian etc. fans. Football connected deaths are quite common there from what I hear/read

 

I myself had the 'pleasure' of witnessing ~2.500 Legia Warsaw fans rioting in Vilnius at a game not so long ago.
