Apparently AGM will be on Friday 18/4 at 11am with the accounts out imminently. According a to a certain ex chairman of the HMSA who is now a historian... :)

...umm, is it not the case that 21 days notice of the AGM must be given, so, accounts and letters should be popping through doors today?

Led to believe they should be in the post, officially shareholders should have them in their hands by tomorrow at the latest, because as you say HMFC are legally obliged to meet this requirement of 21 days notice.
