heartsfc_fan
Just in from the game, and I have to say we played quite well today The effort from some of the players was fantastic - Templeton was decent. Robinson burst a lung. Nade held the ball up well. Bouzid and Zaliukas looked assured, Ruben fitted in well at left back and Stewart scored another penalty! The scoreline might suggest a dire 1-0 win, but I thought it was a reasonably decent football match on our part anyway. St Mirren are dire. Utter guff. Offered nothing up front today. I think they only had 1 shot on target. The thing which I think spoilt the game today was the referee. In the 1st half everything was fine, no real daft decisions that I can remember, but in the 2nd he was awful! Booking Jonsson for his first foul of the match Clearly not telling the Hearts players he was giving a 50/50 drop ball. Far too many petty "fouls" were stopping the game for me. On another day Hearts should've won the game 3-0. We still need to work on taking our chances.
