Will explain why I took it

 

RHS is Tartan House, 11-13 South St Andrew St

 

I had been talking to a developer, he had said it was up for redevelopment. I was surprised as the offices above, its the old job centre building, had a planning application in for 42 bed hotel. Now being remarketted as the whole building. I was surprised as the Mint, LHS of photo has only just been finished. If you look closely at the photo the vertical strip between the 2 buildings appears to be false, so there is actually a gap between the buildings and it might be easier than I thought to knock it down.
