Sydney
Lots of posters here revel in the memories about Hearts scarfers from the 80's, but when some journo writes about our intimidating atmosphere and has an opinion about our fans, we want to boycott the paper, etc. There's nothing wrong with seeing ourselves as others see us. We're not popular with other teams (managers, players or fans). We have a great stadium with an intimidating atmosphere. In reality, other fans are jealous of us, because: Their teams are worse (we're 3rd after all) Fans more boring (nae radges) Win less trophies Have poor atmosphere at games (has anyone been to a Motherwell match? Let's be happy, and get the chip off our shoulders. If journos and fans from other teams don't like us, I don't give a ****. We always have been, always will be HMFC - with great fans and great memories. I'm proud of us when we win, I'm proud of us when we draw and I'm proud of us when we lose (even if I'm ****** off).
