I've recently quit the Gym basically because of the cost. I'm going to start running and also recently bought a mountain bike from halford for ?300 notes as I feel in the long term, I'd use this more than the gym.

 

I wanting to start running and just want to ask if anyone has a set routine I should do to improve fitness. At the moment I ran until I'm shattered which is about 15 mins but can cycle for hours without feeling any pain at all. Any ideas or I'm I talking complete nonsense. :wavey:

Take you bike down to Glentress and cycle up the hills then shout like a maniac going back down, great fun. And the uphill cycle will really help build the fitness for running and really work the muscles
