Footballfirst
Motherwell reporting that there is a 9am inspection at Creamery Park (Bathgate) to see if the game will go ahead - K.O 13:00 according to the website. With the mild weather today, I would have thought that it would be ok. I am free tomorrow so I will be looking to go along. http://www.motherwellfc.co.uk/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=753&Itemid=

Footballfirst
Match OFF according to Motherwell's website. Looks like their incompetence in maintaining their pitch has extended to Bathgate. http://www.motherwellfc.co.uk/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=753&Itemid=

I wasn't the only one who went to Bathgate only to find the game was off. They should realise that we don't all live close to the ground.
Footballfirst
I must admit that I was surprised that the gane was called off given the decent weather for the last few days. The bigger concern is that there is no opportunity for the fringe players to get any match practice, before being asked to deputise to cover an injury or suspension. The last reserve game was two weeks ago as was the last U19 game
