Pearce Flynn sold them in the summer cos he couldn't or wouldn't continue to fund them - it was a relatively cheap sale if the new owners would take on their existing obligations. Rawrrrrrrr Posted November 30, 2008 Share Posted November 30, 2008 The financial issues with Livi relate to the fact the new owners are refusing to pay the existing debts, claiming, that Flynn is the debtor. Flynn is claiming the new owner is the Debtor and that he is also owed 300k. Been problems with their wages too, the owners are refusing to pay debts, and referring people to Flynn. The creditors all seem to think its Livi who owe the money.
